Message to Members Regarding COVID-19

In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, the credit union has implemented policies and procedures in order to minimize health risks to employees, members, and communities. As part of our preventive measures, branches are performing enhanced disinfecting procedures.

All four of our branches are operating during normal business hours. We are ready to assist you in person, on the telephone, or online. We also provide online banking, mobile banking, mobile deposit, and telephone banking services which can be accessed 24/7. 

The Clifford Davis/ Odell Horton Federal Building has implemented greater restrictions regarding public entry. Those who do not work within the building and are conducting business that does not require being at the Clifford Davis/ Odell Horton Federal Building are encouraged to visit one of our other branches. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 

We will keep you informed with how we can continue to safely and effectively operate in consideration of any new COVID-19 developments.

Finally, we understand that these times can be difficult. If COVID-19 has negatively impacted your accounts with us, whether by illness, furlough, or quarantine, please let us know.
